This patch addresses the following issues:

Baccarat
1. Fixed - When the hand resulted in a tie, Player and Banker bets lost instead of pushing.
2. Fixed - On Winning Banker wagers ending in numbers other than "5" or "0" the house commission was 5% plus $.01, instead of 5%.
 
Blackjack
1. Fixed - Blackjack and Insurance payouts on odd-numbered bets were short $.50.

Caribbean Stud Poker
1. Fixed - The $1 bonus jackpot bet was not tracked in Caribbean Stud Poker statistics.

Craps
1. Fixed - Some payouts on winning Odds Bets were short $.50.
2. Fixed - Players could place any sized bet on 4,5,9, and 10, instead of restricting these bets to multiples of 5.
3. Fixed - Players could place any sized bet on 6 and 8, instead of restricting these bets to multiples of 6.

Pai Gow Poker
1. Fixed - The player could place a bet when playing as the banker.
2. Fixed - When playing as the banker, the "just lost" amount shown was incorrect.
3. Fixed - The 5% commission on winning hands was always rounded up to the nearest dollar.
4. Fixed - Some of the rollover help text for "Allow player bankers" in the "Pai Gow Poker Settings" window was being cut off.

Roulette
1. Fixed - The roulette ball never landed on 30.
	
Video Blackjack
1. Fixed - Insurance was not offered when the dealer had an ace up and a 10, jack, queen or king down.
